In 2005 the foundations President and Director met with Food For the Poor in Port-au-Prince.  As a result of the meeting Food For the Poor built the 8 room school pictured below which opened in the fall of 2005.  Over 650 children attend this school, which is accredited by the Haitian Board of Education.  Many of the school attendees, especially girls would not have any educational opportunites if it wasn't for this low cost school.  School tuition only pays for about 5% of the schools operational budget, the rest of the money is donated.
